My Excel applications: the Cash app, referrals, family export, the electronic form, data-file layouts and small apps for the organization’s departments.
- An integrated dual application for managing cash assistance beneficiary data, aiming to automate field data collection, ensure its quality, and make instant analytical reports easy to extract to support decision-making.
- The system uses a two-file architecture to separate permissions and achieve the highest standards of data security and accuracy.
- Field data entry file: designated for data entry staff.
- Comprehensive data file, dashboard and analytical reports: designated for the Information Management manager.
- It includes:
- Documenting the personal data of the husband, wife, recipient, alternate parties and the family book number; recording displacement status (returnee, displaced, not displaced), household size, and unregistered (maktoum) families.
- Documenting detailed child data (national ID, age, gender, education level); tracking out-of-school children, possession of official documents, and disability services.
- Assessing eligibility criteria (female-headed households, orphans, adult/child disabilities); a detailed medical record of chronic illnesses in children and adults (kidney, liver, cancer, diabetes, heart disease, blood pressure, etc.) with proof of the illness documented.
- Documenting field visit data, team members, and monitors.
- Recording referrals to the protection, health, water and sanitation (WASH), non-food items and other sectors; specifying the service type and receiving party; and following up on referral status, date of receipt, and reasons the service was not received.
- Tracking cash payments, transfer number, due date, amounts received, notification status, and service providers.
- A historical log of recipient changes or residential address updates.

Electronic Form
The electronic form is an Excel file holding all the information on the targeted families. It helps field monitors get a family’s information quickly through tablets.
- The electronic form data is updated through the cloud.
- Search works in four different ways: form number – recipient national ID – father’s national ID – mother’s national ID.
